In case you have not noticed, water is very stable. it’s molecules are quite happy to stay put.
Fortunately for the earth, it takes a great deal of energy via electricity in order to separate the water into the gaseous counterparts. otherwise, spontaneous reactions might occur.
it goes against the laws of physics to have something, release energy, and then have the exact same thing again.

@totallynotjonathan I can tell you as an engineer that this “technology” is worthless rubbish. It’s like taking a well known demonstration out of a chemistry textbook, and calling it totally amazing and revolutionary technology. What you see here is a very primitive (because it doesn’t separate the gases) electrolyzer. It’s grossly inefficient and unreliable compared to commercial products, not to mention hazardous. This video here is a showpiece for technical illiteracy in America.

HHO is short form for 2H2+O2 mixed gas. It is also known as browns gas or Rhodes gas. Once burned it turns back into water and can be re made into hho.

You are actually half right. This is a purely political. Could the world become a better place because of technology like this? Of course! However, the major powers on the planet have so much money invested in (and of course their campaign accounts) that this will never become more than just “some middle class guy’s invention.”
We actually have technology that if you are in need of a liver or lung or heart or whatever…no problem! We can PRINT one off for you.
